Thank you for submitting your Vendor Application for the Sonoran Spiritual and Wellness Market. We are excited to have you join the team. Please review the following Rules and Code of Conduct prior to submitting your payment. By submitting your payment you are agreeing to abide the Rules and Code of Conduct. Sonoran Spiritual and Wellness Market Vendor Code of Conduct

Thank you for considering participating in the Sonoran Spiritual and Wellness Market. It is an honor and privilege which we do not take lightly. It is our intentions to create and maintain a safe space for vendors and visitors alike, especially during this event which provides our visitors opportunities to seek guidance and healing as they continue through their spiritual and wellness journey. The Vendor guidelines are crafted to ensure a successful experience. By submitting your application to be a vendor at the Sonoran Spiritual and Wellness Market, you agree to abide by all codes of conduct below and to all terms and conditions as stated on the registration application.

1. The fair is January 6th and 7th, 2024 at 9720 W Peoria Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, each day. Vendor agrees to be present for the entire time for which they have contracted.

2. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending after you have registered. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can attempt to fill the spot. However, if you do not let us know in advance that you cannot vend, you may not be accepted as a vendor in future events.

3. Only paid and confirmed Vendors will have a table.

4. Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Setup begins on Saturday and/or Sunday at 7:30 am and must be completed by 9:00 am.

6. All Vendors must have their spaces emptied and items removed by 6:00 pm. You will be charged $25 for any portion of each additional hour you use.

7. No incense, palo santo, or sage burning is allowed due to safety and allergies.

8. The use of drums, rattles, crystal bowls, or other sound tools needs to be identified in advance so the table arrangements can be made accordingly.

9. Under no circumstances will any vendor be allowed to participate if they are under the influence of any substance including, but not limited to, alcohol and drugs. You will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

10. If you make a mess, clean it up or you will be assessed a $25 cleaning fee.

11. Exhibitors are required to adhere to health, fire prevention, public safety, business licenses, and sales tax permitting.

12. Cooking is not allowed. If you are planning to offer food for sale or sample, please come prepared with necessary equipment, utensils, supplies, etc. A separate kitchen is available if you need refrigeration, food prep space, or to keep food warm; however, cooking and open flames are PROHIBITED. All food must be ready to serve.

13. The venue does not permit open flames of any sort, even to keep food warm. This also includes burning candles, herbs (such as sage), incense, etc.

14. Do not put any decorations or signage on the walls or windows. Free standing signage, retractable banners, easels and table signs are encouraged.

15. Please leave parking spaces which are closer to the main entrance for our Visitors to ensure more participation. Loading and unloading can be done through both the front and rear doors but only prior to the event start time.

16. Access to electricity is not guaranteed. Should there be a necessity for electricity please make a specific request prior to table assignment.

17. No smoking. It is a smoke-free facility.

18. Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are prohibited.

19. Sonoran Spiritual and Wellness Market, LLC reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave at any time.

20. No weapons, including firearms or knives, even if you have a concealed weapons permit.

21. No animals other than licensed service animals.

Payments for Readings, Healings and Retail Sales:

1. The duration of readings are solely in the prevue of the reader however, most readers tend to provide readings ranging from 15 to 30 minutes. A sign-up sheet and timer is advised.

2. The duration of healings are solely in the prevue of the healer however, most healers services tend to last anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour. A sign-up sheet and timer is advised.

3. AT NO TIME SHALL A VENDOR OFFER FREE READINGS OR HEALINGS. As a guideline, readers and healers tend to charge in a range of $30 and up. The exact fee is solely at the discretion of the Vendor, but at no time shall the service be below $25.

4. All proceeds are retained by the Vendor. Sonoran Spiritual and Wellness Market, LLC does not handle credit or debit card processing for Vendors or their clients. The determination or rates and collection of fees are the sole responsibility of the Vendor.

Presentations:

1. Presentation spots are available upon request. The presentations are 45 minutes each and, 10:15 am - 5 pm, with the last presentation beginning at 4 pm.

2. If you are selected to present, please choose your time slot and provide your presentation title & description to Sonoran Spiritual and Wellness Market, LLC immediately. Please also immediately complete a profile enabling your photo and info to be used to market your presentation.

3. Failure to provide your information and photo could result in a forfeit of the presentation. We reserve the right to cancel any presentation at any time and for whatever reason may be deemed valid by place Sonoran Spiritual and Wellness Market, LLC.

4. Please note that all presentations must have the intention of teaching the attendees something rather than being a sales pitch for a product, company, or service.

It is further understood that:

1. An Application does not confirm a table or space but is required to be a Vendor.

2. Payment is required to confirm a table.

3. Once an application has been approved the Vendor will receive a conformational email and/or text. Vendor payment will be required at that time.

4. It is the Vendors’ responsibility to follow up with Sonoran Spiritual and Wellness Market, LLC to ensure receipt and acceptance of an application.

5. Readers and Healers will have an additional requirement of performing an interview and reading to ensure their skills are consistent with the quality required by Sonoran Spiritual and Wellness Market, LLC.

6. Sonoran Spiritual and Wellness Market, LLC and its partners reserve the right to reject any applicant for any reason.

7. Vendor fees are $60 for a single day and $100 for both days and are paid upon approval of an application.

Vendor Application and Code of Conduct Acceptance:

I have read and understand the Sonoran Spiritual and Wellness Market Application and Code of Conduct. By submitting this application I agree to abide by the code of conduct as provided and shall not infringe upon the enforcement of said codes of conduct. I further acknowledge that Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Additionally, by submitting this application, I agree that I have read the waiver of liability and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend my submittal to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the State of Arizona. I further give permission for Sonoran Spiritual and Wellness Market, LLC to use my business and all table staff members’ likenesses for photographs in event marketing which may involve website, brochures, and or publicity.

Waiver of Liability:

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, or assigns, do hereby release and waive my right to sue Sonoran Spiritual and Wellness Market, LLC, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, independent contractors, and agents from liability. This agreement applies to (1) personal injury (including death) from accidents or illnesses arising from the participation in Sonoran Spiritual and Wellness Market, LLC, activities, including, but not limited to, all services, organized activities, and classes; and to (2) any and all claims resulting from the damage to, loss of, or theft of property.
